DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

For Products:

• We deliver our products inside the U.A.E. Delivery terms for the Sales out of the U.A.E will be ex-factory.
• Delivery charges will be applicable for each delivery.
• Delivery time / Duration depends on the manufacturing time and product volume.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund Policy - Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card

Return Policy- We accept returns for general products within 24 Hours of receipt, only if their products are delivered in damaged condition or the wrong product. Please notify us and return the material in the same condition. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been damaged, or used and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

There is no cancellation or refund policy for CnC / specially designed products. We strongly recommend to our customers to come and collect the sample for the CnC / specially designed products before the production to avoid any return / Cancel after deliver the material.
